This is a finished collector figure from the Q Posket line by Bandai. It is not assembled or touched up: you take it out of the box and stand it on a shelf or in a display case. Q Posket is a line with a distinctive stylization, where the slightly enlarged head and the calm decorative pose give the character a collector's look that is decorative rather than action-oriented.
Hatsune Miku is a virtual singer and at the same time the face of a voice synthesizer that authors all over the world use to compose their own songs. Her most recognizable feature is turquoise hair tied into two long ponytails. The abbreviation V4X refers to one of the later versions of the software, for which a separate visual of the character was created, and that visual is the subject of this figure.
The Ver. B marking distinguishes one particular color version. The manufacturer makes a second version under the same name, so go by this marking in the name - otherwise the items are identical. Protect the painted surface from direct sunlight and sources of heat, and remove dust from the hair and the details with a soft dry brush.
The figure is supplied finished and painted from the factory.
