RAL 8013 ROTBRAUN – AFV

RAL 8013 Rotbraun - AFV (acrylic 17 ml)

An acrylic paint thinnable with water from the range for models of armored vehicles. The shade matches the red-brown RAL 8013 with a flat finish. The bottle holds 17 ml and the paint can be applied with a brush as well as an airbrush.

What the shade suits

The red-brown RAL 8013 is one of the shades of the German three-color camouflage of the later part of the Second World War, when stripes of brown and green were laid over a yellow base. It therefore suits a supplementary camouflage tone as well as small detail.

Use

• It is thinned with water, or with the acrylic thinner of the same range.
• For an airbrush, thin it to the consistency of milk and apply it in thin coats.
• For soft camouflage transitions, spray at lower pressure and from close up.
• The flat surface makes a good base for washes and pigments.
• Paints of the same acrylic range can be mixed and toned.

Who it is for

For modelers building German armored vehicles and for anyone looking for safe work without solvents.

Shake the bottle before use. Work in a ventilated space and protect your airways when spraying.
