Ring Paint Cup B is a small modeling paint cup out of the Master Tools range in the second of the forms offered, intended for decanting, thinning and mixing paint.

The cup is an aid for working with paint, not the paint itself. Its purpose is simple: to put a middle step between the stock bottle and the brush or airbrush, one in which you prepare exactly as much paint as you will use up. The stock bottle then stays clean and unthinned, which matters with modeling paints — paint once thinned in the bottle never returns to its original state. The cup is offered in two forms, A and B.
Above all for modelers who spray with an airbrush and thin the paint themselves — the ratio of paint to thinner is far easier to control in a small cup than straight in the cup of the airbrush. It is useful in brush painting as well, with figures and with multi-layer toning, where shades adjusted step by step are the order of the day. It pays to buy several pieces at once and not have to wash a single cup out between individual shades.
The cup is supplied empty; paint and thinner are not included in the package. Work with paints and thinners in a ventilated room and out of the reach of children. With aggressive lacquer thinners we recommend verifying the resistance of the material with a short test.
