This is a finished collector figure from the Glitter And Glamours line from Bandai. It is not assembled or finished off - you take it out of the box and stand it in a display case. Glitter And Glamours is a line aimed at carefully worked out female characters in more realistic proportions than the stylized chibi lines, with an emphasis on the drapery of the costume and on transitions of color.
Super Sailor Moon is the heightened form of Usagi Tsukino, the main heroine of the series Sailor Moon. She appears in the later arcs of the story, when the heroines gain stronger transformations and their outfits take on more pronounced accessories and longer ribbons. The II marking refers to the order of the renderings of this form within the figure line, not to a different character.
The Ver. A marking in the name tells one particular color version apart. A second version is usually made under the same character name, so when ordering go by that marking; the contents of the package are otherwise the same. Display the figure out of direct sunlight, wipe the dust off with a soft dry brush and avoid cleaning agents with solvents.
