This is a water-soluble (watercolor) pencil with a slightly oily lead, not a bottled paint or a loose pigment. The sandy shade imitates dry earth, dust, desert deposits and light dusting. It is applied dry like a colored pencil and can then be blended with water or a damp brush.
Builders of military equipment and dioramas who want to quickly add dust and dry earth without thinning paints will appreciate it. It works best over a matte surface; the finished effect can be sealed with a matte varnish.
Not a food product. Keep out of the reach of children; ventilate when blending with solvent.
