The package holds 14 colors and one figure, on which the choice of shades can be tried out straight away. Shake the 3GEN acrylics thoroughly before every use, as the pigment tends to settle at the bottom. On a figure work in thin coats and rather thin the paint than apply it thick straight from the bottle, otherwise the fine features of the casting are lost. Before painting it pays to get the grease off the surface and apply a thin base, on which acrylic holds considerably better. Build the transitions between light and shadow up step by step, in several light coats, and draw the result together at the end with a matte or satin varnish, depending on the finish you want.
