About product

Splinter Blotches I - a Vallejo Panzer Aces acrylic paint

A single matte, water-thinnable acrylic paint from the specialized Panzer Aces line. It serves for painting the first shade of the spots of the German splinter camouflage pattern onto the base area. It is supplied in a dropper bottle as one separate paint and is combined with the base tone and the second spot shade.

Use

  • It is laid on with a brush onto a primed and base-coated ground.
  • It creates the spots of the camouflage pattern over the base area.
  • It is thinned and cleaned with water, or with an acrylic medium for glazes.
  • It dries quickly to a matte, self-leveling surface.

Who it is for

For figure painters and modelers who reproduce German camouflage patterns on the equipment and clothing of figures of the Second World War.

A water-based acrylic paint; it holds no solvents and is not flammable. Store it out of the reach of children.
