The Spray-Work HG Trigger-Type Super Fine from the manufacturer Tamiya is an airbrush of the higher class (HG for High Grade), which combines comfortable trigger control with a very fine nozzle 0.2 mm in diameter. The smaller nozzle, against the usual 0.3 mm, makes it possible to spray still thinner and more precise lines, which modelers will appreciate in fine camouflage, shading and detail work. It has an integrated paint cup with a volume of roughly 7 ml and is a double action design: by pressing the trigger gradually you first release the air and then regulate the amount of paint. The trigger also falls naturally into the hand, so that the hand tires less during longer work. Tamiya acrylic, enamel and lacquer paints can be used and the airbrush is compatible with Tamiya compressors.
Intended for advanced modelers who want the greatest control over the finest details and smooth transitions. For more all-round use and broader coats the version with a 0.3 mm nozzle suits better (the trigger HG Trigger-Type or the button HG Airbrush III). Because of the fine nozzle the paint has to be thinned more carefully and the airbrush kept clean. A compressor is needed to run it.
A safety note: spray in a well-ventilated space and use a respirator or a mask, as an aerosol of paint and solvents is released. Solvent-based paints and thinners are flammable, so work away from open flame. Keep out of the reach of children.
