Static Grass 12 mm, Late Summer, 40 g – Model Scene

Static grass (electrostatic fiber) 12 mm long in the shade of late summer, in a 40 g package. It is a modeling material from the Czech manufacturer Model Scene intended for creating realistic grassy areas on dioramas, layouts and model railway layouts. The longer 12 mm fiber suits uncut meadows, field boundaries and taller growth in particular.

Use

• It is applied with a static grass applicator, which stands the fibers upright
• A suitable glue is applied to the base first, and the grass is applied into it
• By combining several lengths and shades you achieve natural, irregular growth
• Once it has dried, the surplus fibers that have not caught can be vacuumed or tapped off

Who it is for

For builders of dioramas, military and civilian layouts and model railway layouts who want to render late-summer grassy terrain realistically. Suitable for beginners as well as advanced modelers.
