This is a finished collector figure from Bandai after the show Tokyo Revengers. It is not assembled or finished off: you take it out of the box and stand it on a shelf or in a display case. The manufacturer makes several figure lines for the same show and has treated some characters more than once, so when ordering it pays to compare the whole name, not just the name of the character.
Tokyo Revengers is the story of a young man who can return through time to prevent the deaths of the people around him, and in doing so becomes caught up in the history of a street gang. Kazutora Hanemiya is one of the founding members of that gang and is one of the most contradictory characters of the whole series: his actions set off part of the key events, but the story also gives him room for redemption. Visually you will recognize him by his conspicuously bleached hair with dark streaks.
The figure is a finished decoration, so only the room decides where it goes. Protect it from direct sunlight, which shifts the shades in time, and from sources of heat. Take the dust off the hair and the folds of the clothing with a soft dry brush, not with a damp wipe.
