Triple Hex bases 32 mm, type 1 are Green Stuff World hexagonal bases for figures used in games played on a hexagonal grid.
Responsibility details are not available.
Bases with a hexagonal plan 32 mm in size from the Triple Hex range. The hexagonal shape fits game boards divided into hexagonal fields and, compared with a round base, gives a figure a clearly legible orientation, so it is visible where the model is aiming. The range comes in two versions designated as type 1 and type 2; both are the same size and differ in their treatment, so go by the manufacturer's illustration on the box when choosing.
How to prepare a base
Glue the figure with cyanoacrylate glue, and with heavier metal castings rather with two-part epoxy. The surface of the base can be filled, sprinkled with sand, set with small stones and grass tufts and finally painted, so that the model blends in with the game board. If the surface is absorbent, go over it with primer before painting, otherwise the paint will draw into the material.
For players of tabletop battle games on a hex board and for figure collectors who want their army on uniform bases and do not want to cut them themselves. The flat underside makes sure the base does not slip on the game board.
The bases are supplied unpainted and without figures. Glue, paints and material for terrain treatment are not included in the package.
