TS-31 Bright Orange 100ml

Tamiya TS-31 Bright Orange (100 ml spray, made by Tamiya)

A spray paint from the Tamiya TS range. The binder is a synthetic lacquer that dries quickly to a smooth glossy surface. The shade is a deep bright orange. The can holds 100 ml, which covers roughly two to three car bodies in 1:24 scale. The spray is ready for immediate use and is not thinned.

Use

• Apply it in thin layers from a distance of roughly 20 to 30 cm onto a clean, degreased and smooth base.
• Deep warm shades cover better over a light base; over a dark base expect more layers.
• Do not apply it over an enamel base, the lacquer spray could attack it.
• Once dry, details can be added with acrylic or enamel paints, which will not attack the layer.

Who it is for

For modelers of cars, motorcycles and other subjects who need a bold glossy orange with an even coat and without an airbrush.

The spray is flammable; work in a well-ventilated area away from sources of fire and protect your airways. It is not recommended for clear polycarbonate (Lexan) RC bodies; use the Tamiya PS range for those.
