The 0.4 mm carving blade has the strongest groove of the widths offered; the cut stays apparent even under a heavier coat of varnish and stands up to a wash run into it.
The 0.15 mm scriber blade gives a thin groove and at the same time a surer stroke, so it is easy to find a line you have started even on a second pass.
The finest carving blade of the range, with a 0.125 mm track , creates a hairline that is not swallowed even by a primer and a gloss coat under decals.
The Mini Serrated Blade is a small serrated blade from U-STAR for modeling tools. The serrated edge cuts plastic on the pull stroke, so it suits places an ordinary saw cannot reach.
