Wooden decks are among the finest things a ship model offers, and the light sandy shade Tan FS34201 from Lifecolor is a good starting tone for painting them.
Responsibility details are not available.
A light sandy shade from the acrylic range of the Italian brand Lifecolor. The name carries both the name of the tone and the number of the American FS34201 color standard, by which you can compare the paint with other makers.
Deck planks differ from a hull in one essential thing: they are not uniform. A real deck never has one shade, because every plank ages differently, is scrubbed differently and has the sun on it differently. That is why on wooden decks it pays to start with a light sandy tone as the base and only then to retone the individual planks irregularly, toward warmth and toward coolness. A light base makes that work possible; a dark one kills it. The same reasoning holds for sails, rigging and the wooden parts of boats, where a light sandy tone serves as the starting point.
For modelers who do not want a uniform area on a deck but real wood with a figure of its own. The shade will manage ordinary sandy areas outside the ship theme too.
Out of the reach of children. When spraying, ventilate and do not breathe in atomized paint.
