Corrugated sheet (0.75 x 0.25) is a white Evergreen polystyrene sheet with an embossed corrugation that stands in for corrugated sheet metal on buildings and vehicles.

A white opaque polystyrene sheet with the embossed profile of corrugated sheet metal. The pitch of the corrugation is 0.75 mm, the width of the rib 0.25 mm, and the sheet is one millimeter thick and measures roughly fifteen by thirty centimeters. The texture is embossed over the whole area, so roofs, walls and individual panels can be cut from the sheet.
Cut along the corrugation, not across it, and the cut will stay straight. You can make a bent or torn panel by heating the sheet with hot air and crumpling it lightly, or by tearing the edge with tweezers. Rust is best built up from a dark base color through orange and brown shades applied with a sponge. The texture of the corrugation comes out beautifully with a dry brush.
Individual panels look more convincing than one large area. Cut yourself strips across several corrugations and glue them with a slight overlap, exactly as sheets are laid on a real roof.
When cutting, work with a sharp knife on a cutting mat and do not inhale the sanding dust.
