About product

Winter Soil pigment (35 ml)

A finely ground modeling pigment in a dark earth shade. It is a loose powder, not a liquid paint or a varnish, and it serves for building up dark soaked ground and winter mud on models and dioramas. The package holds 35 ml of pigment in a glass jar.

Use

  • It is applied dry with a soft brush, or bound into mud with water and a fixer.
  • It imitates dark damp earth and winter muddy tracks.
  • It can be fixed with a pigment fixer or with diluted thinner.
  • It combines well with other pigments for a layered patina.

Who it is for

  • For modelers of military equipment and dioramas.
  • For winter and muddy scenes.
  • For more advanced weathering techniques.

It is a loose powder. Work in a well-ventilated space, do not breathe the pigment in and protect your airways.
