A 3D-printed set of crowbars in 1:35 scale for completing models of German vehicles of the Second World War. It is a detail accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of small tools in 1:35 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, made by 3D printing. It holds crowbars, that is, the kind of tool that was carried on German vehicles of the Second World War fixed to the hull or to the fenders. It is not a kit or a model of a vehicle but an accessory for one.
In an injection mold the tools tend to be molded straight onto the hull or come in a markedly simplified shape, because the mold does not allow finer detail. The 3D-printed parts have sharp edges, thin profiles and a clean surface with no mold seam, so on the model they look like separate objects rather than relief.
Carefully separate the parts from the print supports with a sharp knife or a fine saw, sand the marks left by the supports back and rinse the components. The material is harder and more brittle than injection-molded plastic, so handle it with care and glue it with super glue; ordinary cement for polystyrene will not join it. On the model, first sand away the original molded tools if they are on the hull, and only then fit the new parts. Paint in a thin layer, ideally with an airbrush, set wood and metal apart, and finish with a wash that brings out the shape.
The set is an accessory for a kit. The model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
