About product

3D printed headlights, German WWII equipment (1:35)

A detail set of 3D printed resin headlights from the maker Eduard, from its printed range, intended for models of German vehicles and equipment of the Second World War period in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle kit but an accessory with which you replace coarser plastic headlights with finely printed parts with sharp detail.

The real subject

Round front headlights were part of the standard equipment of German vehicles and tractors. Rendering them faithfully, including the fine rims and surfaces, lifts the look of a finished model considerably.

Use

  • Rinse any residue off the parts and cut them from the print supports.
  • Clean up the cut surfaces and try the part dry.
  • Glue with cyanoacrylate.
  • The glass of a headlight can be imitated with a drop of gloss varnish or of clear resin.

Who the set is for

For modelers of military equipment who want fine, sharply printed headlights instead of the plastic parts from the box.

The accessory does not include a model, glue or paints. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
