Na americké armádní stroje z let 1941 až 1944, tedy těžké bombardéry, rané stíhačky, transportní i cvičné typy před přechodem na nelakovaný kov.

Nanášela se v nepravidelných pásech na náběžné hrany a ocasní plochy frontových letounů, aby narušila jejich obrys. Tovární stroje ji neměly.

Nátěr rychle blednul a měnil odstín podle šarže i podle slunce. Odchylka je proto věcně správná a na modelu ji lze podpořit prosvětlením ploch.

Ne, interiérové odstíny americké výroby jsou předmětem samostatného balení téže řady.
