Responsibility details are not available.
A small kit of the British Humber Mk.IV armored car in 1:100 scale, cast in resin. That scale is used above all in tabletop wargames and in collector's sets of equipment, so the model is very compact and the build is short. It is nonetheless a resin kit, that is, parts that have to be cleaned up and prepared differently from injection plastic before gluing.
The Humber was a British four-wheeled armored car with all-wheel drive and a rotating turret, one of the most numerous vehicles of its category in the Second World War. It served for reconnaissance, liaison and escorting columns. The Mk.IV version differed from the earlier ones in its heavier armament in the form of an American-built anti-tank gun and the related changes to the turret. The cars appeared on most European battlefields at the end of the war and in North Africa as well.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water to remove the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw rather than nippers and protect your airways when sanding. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). In 1:100 scale detail is suggested rather than modeled, so rely on a primer, a simple base shade and a pronounced wash that pulls out the edges and the pressings. Add dust pigment to the wheels and the underside. If the model is to serve in a game, we recommend a matte protective varnish at the end, which will stand up to frequent handling.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
