The name of this item holds only the scale and a repeat of the manufacturer's part number BRS144048, so you cannot tell the kind of goods from it. What the goods are and what the real subject is is not stated here, so check both against the manufacturer's part number before ordering.
The decisive piece of information is the part number BRS144048. Check against it what the goods are, whether this is a finished product or parts for further work, exactly what the package contains and whether it goes with a particular kit. The scale of 1:144 is small, so even a slight difference in the extent of a set shows in the result.
Whatever the package holds, the same principles come in useful at sizes this small.
The extent of the delivery for this item is not stated here, so check it against the manufacturer's part number BRS144048. Paints, glue and any kit the item might belong to are usually not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
