Metal Hispano 20 mm barrels for the Spitfire Vb 1:144

A set of turned metal barrels for Hispano 20 mm cannons in wing fairings for a model of the British Supermarine Spitfire Vb fighter in 1:144 scale. The parts replace the plastic moldings of the kit with more accurate and stronger metal barrels.

The thin cannon barrels are hard to make in plastic without distortion. The metal version machined on a lathe offers a clean cylindrical shape and faithful detail. You remove the original plastic parts and glue the metal barrels in their place.
