It is not a vehicle model and not a kit of a machine: these are small parts that give a scene, a cargo bed or a support area credibility and the right sense of scale. Cut the parts from the sprue and clean them up, then glue them with liquid cement for plastic. The metal containers come out well after spraying an olive drab or another period color with a wash, paint rubbed off the edges and traces of rust, dents and spilled fuel. It pays to set the drums and the cans apart by their degree of wear and by small lettering so that they look like real stocks. The large scale rewards careful work with shadows and highlights.
The set is meant for builders of large dioramas and for collectors of vehicles in 1:16 scale who want to add faithful fuel stocks to a scene. It will serve with any model or static scene in this scale.
