The Toyota Aristo 3.0V/3.0Q (1991) in 1:24 scale — a plastic kit of the elegant Japanese sedan with the legendary three-liter six, from the manufacturer Aoshima.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the first generation Toyota Aristo (JZS147) of 1991 in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Aoshima. The model captures an elegant fast sedan that went down in history above all for its engine, because it was in the Aristo that the famous 2JZ inline six made its debut.
The Aristo of 1991 combined styling by Italdesign with the best engineering Toyota had: the 3.0Q version used the naturally aspirated three-liter 2JZ-GE, while the top 3.0V had the twin-turbocharged 2JZ-GTE, the engine later made famous by the fourth generation Supra. On overseas markets the car was sold as the Lexus GS 300. An unassuming sedan with supercar engineering, it remains a sought-after cult object of the JDM era.
Dark, conservative metallics suit the body: gray, dark green or burgundy. Lay the paint on in thin coats over a light primer and seal it with a gloss clear coat. The fine chrome window lines can be picked out with polished foil or a fine-tipped silver pen. The interior gains depth from dark gray shades lightened with a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
