Responsibility details are not available.
A decal sheet in 1:32 scale that, according to the name, covers both the upper and lower wing surfaces with the five-color version of the lozenge camouflage pattern. It is prepared for a Fokker D.VII built at the Ostdeutsche Albatros Werke plant. This is not a kit but a decal accessory for a model.
Ostdeutsche Albatros Werke was a branch of the Albatros company that took part in building the Fokker D.VII alongside the parent Fokker plant and the main Albatros works. Machines from the individual plants differed in details of their construction, among them the covering and the layout of the preprinted camouflage fabric, and this version of the sheet matches the OAW production. The five-color lozenge was one of the common types of fabric, and the pattern for the lower surfaces was lighter than the one for the upper surfaces.
With decals the age of the sheet matters as well. The film becomes brittle over the years, the adhesive loses its strength and the paper yellows, so store the sheet dry, in the dark and flat, never rolled up. Before you release the first part onto the model, try one offcut from the edge of the sheet on a spoon or on a piece of scrap plastic: you will see how quickly the film releases and whether it cracks. If the film breaks up, it helps to coat the whole sheet with a thin layer of gloss clear and let it dry thoroughly, which strengthens the film so that it transfers in one piece.
These are decals, an accessory to a kit. The kit, paints, clear coat and decal softener are not included in the package.
