The 1:32 Douglas A-26B Invader LööKplus is an Eduard add-on set that brings several detail accessories for an Invader model in 1:32 together in one package. It is not a kit.

An add-on set from the Czech brand Eduard, from the LööKplus line, for a model of the Douglas A-26B Invader bomber and attack aircraft in 1:32. The LööKplus sets are among the bundles in Eduard's range that bring several accessories otherwise sold separately together in one package, so a modeler does not have to put the equipment together piece by piece. It is not a kit of the aircraft; the base model has to be bought separately. The exact list of what a particular package contains is given in the instructions and on the packaging of the set.
The large 1:32 scale shows up every simplification mercilessly. At the same time, assembling accessories one by one is inconvenient. Bundles of the LööKplus type therefore aim at the modeler who wants to finish a model as a coherent whole and to be sure that the individual accessories are matched to each other and intended for the same type of aircraft.
The Douglas A-26 Invader was a twin-engine all-metal aircraft with a crew of several men, used as a light bomber and for attacks on ground targets. The A-26B version had a solid nose with no glazing, into which the gun armament was concentrated. The aircraft served long after the Second World War and went through a number of modifications.
Follow the instructions and apply the individual parts of the bundle in an order that respects the build of the model, that is the interior before the fuselage is closed. Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue; fold the etched parts at the first attempt and degrease and prime them before painting. In 1:32 it pays to finish the cockpit including shading, because it will be clearly visible under the large canopy.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
