A decal sheet in 1:32 for a model of the German Junkers Ju-88A-4 bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Junkers Ju-88 was a German twin-engine combat aircraft of the Second World War and was among the most universal machines of its day. It served as a bomber, a dive bomber and a reconnaissance machine, and its airframe became the basis of further versions. The A-4 form was the main production bomber variant: it was given a longer wing and Jumo 211 piston engines. The crew sat together in the glazed forward part of the fuselage, which gives the type its unmistakable look from the front.
This is a decal sheet for 1:32, that is for a large model, on which the markings are clearly legible and a badly made print would show at first glance. The sheet adds markings that a kit need not provide for, and so widens the choice of machines you can build. The scope of the markings and their placement is stated in the instructions supplied with the sheet.
First check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version. A self-adhesive film that has been soaked is ruined beyond recovery, whereas a waterslide decal that has not been soaked can be soaked later, so that moment pays off. With the usual waterslide version, finish the surface to a gloss, cut the motif out, soak it in lukewarm water and let it rest. Then slide it off the backing paper onto a dampened spot, settle it in the right position, draw the water off with a soft cloth and help it over broken areas with a softener. Once dry, give the surface a clear coat.
The decal sheet alone is supplied. The kit, the paints and the varnishes are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
