The photo-etched set R.F.C. Armament in 1:32 scale from HGW brings brass parts for a faithful rendering of the armament of British Royal Flying Corps aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT an airplane model but a brass photo-etched set in 1:32 scale aimed at the armament. It holds fine metal parts for a detailed rendering of the weapon fit of British Royal Flying Corps aircraft of the First World War, from the mountings of the machine guns to their fittings. Photo-etch replaces coarse plastic components with accurate elements.
The Royal Flying Corps was the air corps of the British army in the First World War. Its aircraft carried Lewis and Vickers machine guns together with a range of mounting and control parts. A faithful rendering of this fit gives a model the look of a machine ready for combat.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and make the bends over the scored lines with a photo-etch bender. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease them before painting. Use a primer suitable for metal.
This is an accessory for raising the level of detail of a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
