Copper State Models 1:32 Seated RFC Pilot in Leather Jacket is a resin figure of a seated British pilot in a leather jacket.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure of a seated pilot in 1:32 scale from the Copper State Models brand. It is not a kit but a standalone figure in a seated pose, conceived so that it can be placed in the cockpit of an aircraft model or in a diorama. The figure captures a British pilot in a period leather jacket.
The Royal Flying Corps (RFC) was the British flying corps of the First World War. Its pilots wore leather jackets, helmets and other period equipment to protect them from the cold at altitude. The figure represents a typical pilot in a relaxed seated pose suited to the cockpit of an aircraft.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin figure, cut off the casting blocks and sand the mold seams with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Check how the figure sits in the cockpit before painting. The leather jacket comes out well with warm brown glazes and gently lightened edges, and the face with shading.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
