An injection-molded plastic kit of the Chinese ZSL-92 wheeled infantry fighting vehicle in 1:35 scale from Hobby Boss. The ZSL-92 is a wheeled armored infantry fighting vehicle with 6x6 drive from the WZ-551 family. It carries a one-man enclosed turret with a 25 mm ZPT-90 automatic cannon and a coaxial machine gun of 7.62 mm caliber; the cannon of this version is not stabilized, so firing on the move is limited. The crew consists of a commander, a gunner and a driver, and the vehicle carries a squad of infantry. The ZSL-92 became the basis of a wide family of Chinese wheeled armored vehicles.
Assemble and paint the running gear and the interior of the fighting compartment first, as they are lost once the hull is closed. Consider leaving the troop doors open for a view inside. Glue the parts with a thin cement for plastic and the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. After the base color and a varnish, pick out the detail with a wash and apply pigments to the wheels and the lower areas for dust and mud effects.
