This photo-etched set is intended to raise the detail of a plastic model of the French Citroën Traction 11CV passenger and staff car in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle kit of its own but an accessory that replaces or completes selected plastic parts with fine metal pieces.
The Citroën Traction Avant 11CV was a French passenger car with front-wheel drive and a unitary body, built from the 1930s. During the Second World War it was commonly used as a staff and service car.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a glass surface and bend them on a bending tool or between two rulers. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or epoxy; degrease the metal before painting and apply a base coat for metals. Polished chrome shows well with metallic paints.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a complete model. The base plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
