1:35 Dielenboden Dekor abgelaufen / gealtert - Decals

Dielenboden decals 1:35, a worn plank floor from MAiM

A set of water-slide decals from MAiM with the faithful texture of a worn, aged plank floor in 1:35 scale. The drawing deliberately shows trodden, faded and stained wood, so it gives the interior of a diorama the atmosphere of an old space marked by the years. The decals replace the laborious painting and shading of a floor and are applied directly onto a smooth base. This is a set of decals, not a model.

Use

• A quick imitation of a worn plank floor in the interior of a diorama
• An aged, trodden look of wood without painting and shading
• Suited to ruins, old houses and industrial scenes in 1:35 scale
• Combines with pigments and washes for a deeper effect of age

Application

Cut the decal out, dip it in water for a moment, slide it onto the surface and press it down gently. For perfect adhesion on a contoured surface use a decal softener; finally protect the surface with a matte varnish.

This is a set of decals, not a model. Paints, varnishes and a decal softener are not included in the package.
