Euro pallets 1:35 are a diorama accessory with two pieces in the package, not a kit. They will fill the load area of a vehicle, the ramp of a store or the corner of a workshop.

A set of two wooden pallets from the Czech maker Hauler for dioramas, vignettes and the load areas of models in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but a well usable element of the setting: a pallet can be stacked with a load, leaned against a wall, laid one on another in a stack or used as a support under crates and barrels.
The Euro pallet is a standardized wooden pallet with a footprint of 1200 by 800 millimeters, made up of a deck of boards, cross bearers and nine blocks between which the forks of a forklift truck run. It arose as an exchange standard of European rail and road transport, and from the 1960s it spread to stores, ports and military supply bases. That is exactly why it is as well to know where a pallet belongs and where it does not: this type does not suit scenes from the Second World War; it is at home in modern and postwar dioramas.
A pallet is painted quickly but rewards patience. Make the ground light beige to gray-beige, then play the individual boards out in several shades - no pallet has all its boards the same. Once it has dried, apply a dark wash that runs into the seams and brings out the edges, and pull the sharp edges of the boards out by drybrushing. Planed wood goes gray in time, so a light touch of light gray makes a more credible impression than saturated new wood. Suggest damage with a broken-off corner of a board and light sanding; on the lower edges add pigment to match the ground the pallet stands on. A stacked pair of pallets looks better when you turn it slightly, as a perfectly aligned stack makes an artificial impression.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a load are not included in the package.
