The VK30.02 was a German development project of the Second World War period that was among the designs leading to the Panther medium tank. Vehicles of this development series served to prove the running gear, the armor and the turret concept. Smoke dischargers were a usual part of the equipment of German tanks for screening while withdrawing.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and bend them in a bender. Shape the cylindrical parts of the smoke dischargers around a suitable mandrel. Use super glue or epoxy for bonding; treat the metal surfaces with a primer before painting.
