Aber 1:35 photo-etched grilles for the late Panther Ausf.G is a fine metal set that replaces the plastic covers of the cooling openings on the engine deck of the tank.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Aber photo-etched grilles are a photo-etch set in 1:35 scale from the Polish manufacturer Aber. It is not a model of a tank but a precise metal accessory for a plastic model of the German Panther Ausf.G medium tank in the late form (Sd.Kfz. 171). The set replaces the plastic grilles and covers of the cooling openings on the upper deck of the engine compartment.
Plastic grilles are solid and look flat. The Aber photo-etched parts are thin and see-through like real mesh, so the detail of the engine compartment shows beneath them and the upper deck looks more faithful. The parts match the arrangement of the cooling openings of the late Ausf.G version.
Nip the parts out of the photo-etched sheet, clean up the tags and make the bends along the pressed grooves. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Before painting, degrease the metal and spray it with a primer.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
