A photo-etched metal detail set, not a kit of the whole vehicle. It gives the Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (A) tank destroyer fine metal parts – fenders, mesh, brackets, the hangers for the side skirts and the small fittings of the hull. It is meant as an add-on accessory for a plastic kit in 1:35 scale.
The Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (A) was a German tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War, nicknamed Zwischenlösung, meaning interim solution. It combined a taller hull on the Panzer IV chassis with the long 7.5 cm L/70 gun and stood as a makeshift step between the older and the newer types of tank destroyer.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp blade and form the bends with a photo-etch bending tool for clean edges. Glue the metal with cyanoacrylate glue or epoxy. Finish the running gear and the sides before you fit the skirts and fenders; for weathering use washes and pigments for mud and dust effects.
