A resin detail accessory of the PANZER ART brand in 1:35 scale. This is not a model of the vehicle but a standalone casting of the engine deck with a simulated canvas cover for the German Krupp L3H163 truck. The accessory replaces the matching part of the base kit and gives the build a faithfully covered engine section.
The Krupp L3H163 was a German off-road truck with rear-wheel drive, deployed in the Second World War in rear-area as well as front-line roles. Canvas covers over the engine and the load protected the vehicle from bad weather and make a rewarding period detail.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block and fit it to the vehicle. Glue it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and do the sanding with respiratory protection. The fabric folds stand out once a primer has been applied and, during painting, with highlighting, a wash and drybrushing.
