This is a resin detail wheel set in 1:35 scale for the Polish KTO Rosomak wheeled armored personnel carrier. The wheels are made as a sagged wheel set, that is with a flattened lower part of the tire imitating the weight of the vehicle, and they carry the Nokian tire pattern. It is not a model but a replacement for the plastic wheels from the base kit.
The KTO Rosomak is a Polish eight-wheeled 8x8 armored personnel carrier built under license and used by the Polish army in a range of variants. Realistically rendered wheels contribute markedly to the overall impression of a finished model.
Wash the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue. Orient the wheels with the weighted effect so that the flattened part faces the ground. After a primer, paint with an airbrush; dust and mud pigments bring the tread and the tire sidewalls to life.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
