Eduard 1:35 M-3 Grant exterior is a photo-etched brass set for refining the outer surface of a model of the American M3 Grant medium tank. It is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a model.

A photo-etched set from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:35 scale intended for detailing the outer surface of the American M3 Grant medium tank. It is not a standalone model of the tank but an accessory fitted to a plastic kit, which adds fine items of equipment, brackets and meshes that injection molding cannot render thinly enough.
The M3 in the British Grant configuration was an American medium tank of the early Second World War with a 75 mm gun in a side sponson mount and a secondary gun in the turret. The external equipment of the hull is a rewarding subject for photo-etched refinement.
The parts of thin brass sheet are separated with a sharp knife and shaped with tweezers. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the brass before painting and prime it for metal, then weather it with dust and mud.
This is an add-on photo-etched set. The plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
