A decal set from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models in 1:35 scale. It is an accessory for a helicopter model: it brings the markings for the Hungarian attack Mi-24V in the modern gray coloring in which these machines have flown since 2018.
Mi-24V attack helicopters have served in the Hungarian Air Force for many years and, after overhauls completed around 2018, they returned to service in a new uniform gray camouflage scheme matching NATO standards. A modern gray Mi-24 is an effective and at the same time seldom seen theme; most models of this type are built in the classic green camouflage schemes, so a gray machine stands out in a collection at once.
Spray the gray coloring with an airbrush and, before applying the decals, overcoat the surface with gloss; on a matte base the decals silver. Bed the motifs with a soft brush and a softener, especially on riveted surfaces. Once dry, fix them with clear; a final semi-matte or matte clear coat then unifies the surface of the model with the decals. A discreet dark wash accentuates the panel seams, but on a modern, well maintained machine go easy on the weathering.
This is a decal accessory: the helicopter model itself is not included in the package.
