A detailed accessory of Czech manufacture from Plusmodel in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle model but a set of the American M-16 assault rifle for arming figures and completing a scene. The set is typically made up of resin parts completed with a photo-etched sheet, and you can build several examples of the weapon from it.
The M-16 is an American 5.56 mm assault rifle that entered service in the 1960s and was used on a massive scale during the Vietnam War. Its light construction and black polymer stock made it the characteristic weapon of the American infantry of that time.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and cut off the casting blocks with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Bring the metal parts out with dark steel and chipping and the stock with matte black; the small photo-etched parts add credibility. Put the weapons into the hands of figures or lean them in the scene.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
