Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched detail set from the Polish manufacturer Aber in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but a set of fine metal side mesh screens, the wire-mesh Schürzen, with which the solid sheet protection against shaped charge ammunition was replaced on late German vehicles. The set is intended for the Panzer IV Ausf.J, the late StuG IV and the Jagdpanzer IV (A).
Photo-etched mesh panels cannot be rendered faithfully in plastic, because the mesh has to be thin and see-through. The model gains the characteristic late-war look with lightened mesh screens along the sides of the hull. It is intended for plastic models of the vehicles listed in 1:35 scale.
Separate the parts with a scalpel, handle the mesh carefully and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. For realism the panels can be bent slightly or shown with pieces missing. Degrease the metal before painting and apply a primer.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
