A set of injection-molded plastic figures of Soviet infantrymen from Dragon in 1:35 scale. The package captures soldiers in the winter kit of 1941 in combat poses and is an ideal basis for a winter diorama from the Eastern Front.
The subjects are Soviet soldiers from the harsh winter fighting of 1941, when the Red Army faced the German offensive and went over to the counterattack near Moscow. The figures carry winter kit of the long greatcoat, fur coat, ushanka and glove type, and period infantry weapons.
Separate the parts from the sprues and clean up the joints. Paint the uniforms in muted winter shades and bring out the details with washes and a dry brush. The figures show best in a snow-covered scene with snow and ice effects.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
