Warm White Stick-on LED Lights are self-adhesive LEDs with a warm white glow from the Just Plug lighting system by Woodland Scenics. They are the basic choice for lighting the interiors of models of houses and buildings.
Responsibility details are not available.
A self-adhesive light source with a warm white LED, that is, with a yellowish cast close to the light of a classic incandescent bulb. The diode is seated in a flat pad with a self-adhesive layer and a thin lead terminated with a Just Plug system plug runs from it. It is stuck from the inside onto the ceiling or the wall of a model, the lead is brought out through a hole into the baseboard and pushed into the hub. Warm white is the most universal shade of the whole range and is used most often.
The Just Plug hub and the power supply are sold separately and are necessary for operation. Every output of the hub has its own brightness control, so you set a different intensity in every building. On a model that matters a great deal: when all the windows glow the same, the scene looks artificial, whereas windows dimmed differently look lived in. Neither soldering nor series resistors are needed and an LED practically does not heat up, so it can be built even into a glued-up building.
For layout modelers and builders of dioramas who want to light buildings without soldering and without electrical knowledge. It is at the same time a sensible first choice for someone beginning with model lighting.
Neither the Just Plug hub nor the power supply is included in the package, unless stated otherwise. It is sensible to black out the walls of a model made of thin plastic from the inside, so that the light does not show through the material.
