SX-Art 1:35 T-34/85 Painting Mask is a spray stencil for the camouflage of the T-34/85 tank, not a canopy mask. It defines the shapes of the patches, which are then sprayed with an airbrush. The set is intended for the ICM kit.

This product needs to be set apart right at the start from canopy masks and from wheel bay masks. It is not for masking clear parts but a self-adhesive stencil with the shapes of the camouflage patches cut out. You lay the stencil on an already painted model, spray the second shade, and once it is off you have a pattern that would be hard to hit freehand and never the same on two models.
Real camouflage was both sprayed and brushed, so the edge of a patch can be either. When you stick the stencil down over its whole area and press it, you get a sharp transition. When you hold it a few millimeters above the surface, for instance on a piece of tape or a wooden stick, the paint scatters lightly under the edge and a soft transition appears of the kind an airbrush left behind. The two can be combined: spray the center of the patch through the stencil held off, and fine-tune the edges with it pressed down. Work at lower pressure and thin the paint more, otherwise too much material gets under a stencil held off.
The T-34/85 was a Soviet medium tank of the Second World War, the development continuation of the T-34 with a new three-man turret and an 85 mm gun. The base color was dark green, over which additional patches or a winter finish were applied in some periods.
The package contains the stencil only. The kit and the paints are not part of it. The stencil is drawn to the shapes of the ICM kit, and on a model from another manufacturer the parts may need adjusting.
