A turret stowage bin for the Pz.Kpfw. III is a photo-etched detail set from Aber in 1:35 scale for a true bin at the rear of the turret of the German medium tank.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a tank model but a photo-etched metal detail set from Aber in 1:35 scale. The set serves to build a true rear turret stowage bin, the Rommelkiste, for the German Pz.Kpfw. III medium tank. The photo-etched walls have the right thickness, hinges and catches, which a plastic molding does not imitate.
The Pz.Kpfw. III was a German medium tank of the Second World War and the backbone of the armored divisions in the first years of the conflict. At the rear of the turret it carried a large sheet-metal stowage bin for the crew's gear.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and make the bends over a bending tool for clean edges. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue; the hinges can be left movable. Apply a metal primer before painting and add chipped paint and pigments.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
