A set of replacement wheels in good modeling resin intended for the famous American 2.5 ton M35 cargo truck, nicknamed the Deuce and a Half. The castings replace the original plastic wheels of the kit and bring a finely shaped tread pattern as well as a realistically bulged (loaded) lower part of the tire, as if the vehicle were standing loaded on the ground.
The finely rendered tread and sidewall pattern, a clean casting with a minimum of flash and the accurate shape of the rim lift the overall impression of the model considerably. The set suits both diorama and display-case builds, where it is precisely the bulged tires that add credibility to a scene.
Before fitting, the castings only need to be separated from the sprue gates, cleaned up and prepared for painting with ordinary modeling paints.
