MAiM head of a soldier with a Vietnam boonie hat 1:35 is a resin replacement head with an aggressive expression for converting figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
A single resin replacement head in 1:35 scale from MAiM. It shows the portrait of a US soldier of the Vietnam War period with the characteristic soft boonie hat and an aggressive, tense facial expression. It is a modeling accessory for swapping the head on a plastic or resin figure.
By replacing a stiff production head, the figure gains a telling face and period-accurate headgear. The head suits Vietnam combat views and dioramas where you want to capture the tension and the emotion of a moment.
Wash the mold release residue off the casting, cut off the casting block and line the neck up with the body of the figure. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Once the base coat is on, work on the skin with shading, on the eyes and on the expression of the face; the boonie hat comes out well with layered picking out of the fabric.
Supplied as an unpainted resin casting. A figure, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
