An add-on set of German hand grenades from the period of the Second World War in 1:35 scale. Meant for bringing figures, vehicles and dioramas to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
The hand grenade belonged to the basic equipment of the German infantryman in the Second World War. Two basic shapes were used, the stick grenade with a wooden handle and the smaller egg grenade, which could be carried in a pocket. Which of the two shapes the set captures is stated in the manufacturer's description, so compare the contents with what you need for your scene before buying.
This is a small accessory for 1:35 scale, that is an addition that is placed around figures, on belts and carrying straps, into crates and transport containers or loose in a trench and on the bed of a vehicle. It is precisely these little things that turn a diorama into an inhabited place, because the viewer's eye reads them as a trace of human presence. The number of pieces in the package and the material of the parts are stated in the manufacturer's description.
Cut the excess material and the traces of manufacture away with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. Because of their size it is a good idea to leave them on a temporary base until they are painted; they are then held better than in your fingers. The handle of a stick grenade will take a warm wooden shade, the metal part a muted field green or gray. The particular procedure for preparation and gluing is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Figures, vehicles, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
