A 1:350 wooden deck for the battlecruiser HMS Tiger (Artwox Model) is an adhesive veneer with pre-printed planks, cut for a model of the ship in her 1914 form.

This is not a kit but an aftermarket accessory. The veneer with a pre-printed pattern of planks and an adhesive back replaces the engraved plastic deck and gives the model a real wooden texture. The set is cut for one specific kit, the Combrig 3534FH; with that kit the name also lists more than one release variant, so check which of them you have at home.
Before you touch the protective film, lay the veneer on dry and find a pair of points on the plastic deck that you will watch while settling it: usually the openings or the outlines of the barbettes of the gun turrets and the bases of the masts are best. These are cut accurately in the outline and will tell you immediately whether the piece is shifted or rotated. Make this check in good light and from eye level, not at an angle, because from the side even a crookedly laid piece looks all right. On a large battlecruiser the deck is long, and even a small deviation at the bow shows up at the stern as a visible wander of the planks.
Level the base with fine abrasive paper and degrease it. Expose the film in sections, press the veneer down with a soft cloth and work from the place where it already holds toward the free edge. Cut the overhangs off with a sharp knife run along the edge of the plastic, changing the blade as you go. The shade can be adjusted with wood stain, and a thin coat of matte varnish provides the finish. Leave the model to dry undisturbed before further assembly so that the veneer does not lift where its edge meets the superstructure.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a standalone model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
